A FEW CLEAR ANSWERS

Before you
say hello.

Is this a human receptionist?

No. This is an AI receptionist, with an AI disclosure in its greeting. Your team handles the requests or escalations you assign to it. Human answering services are not included by default.

Can I start without a website?

Yes. You can add your business information and instructions directly in your account. A website or Google Business Profile is a starting point to review, not a substitute for your approved answers.

Does saving my card start a subscription?

No. If a phone demo is available, it requires a saved card for one call of up to five minutes, with no demo charge and no automatic subscription. It is separate from the sample workspace. Check availability before you start.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

A supported setup can forward selected calls from your business number. Carrier compatibility, routing and a fallback must be checked before live service is activated. Exploring the samples does not change your phone setup.

Can it confirm an appointment?

Only with a connected, verified scheduling workflow and your permission. Otherwise it records a request for your team to confirm. The examples on this page show requests, not booked appointments.

What does my team receive?

The examples show a request with the reason for the call, details still needed and a next step. Connected call capture, notifications and other channels depend on the services available in your account. A sample does not send anything to your team.

What happens after the paid trial?

When available, the trial covers ten calls over seven days. It does not automatically become an ongoing subscription. Review the available offer for price, currency, call limits and terms; ongoing service requires a separate purchase and activation.
